<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to prevent degradation of reflectivity and oxidation of a cathode by forming a metal electrode on the cathode. CONSTITUTION: A transistor is positioned on a substrate. A bottom electrode(117) is connected to a source or a drain of the transistor. A cathode(118) is positioned on the bottom electrode, and is made of an opaque material. A metal electrode(119) is positioned on the cathode. Thickness of the metal electrode is thinner than thickness of the cathode. Thickness of the metal electrode is 10Å~ 100Å. The metal electrode is made of a high melting point metal. A bank layer(120) is positioned on the metal electrode, and has an opening part. An organic light emitting layer(121) is positioned inside the opening part of the bank layer. An anode(122) is positioned on the organic light emitting layer.</p> |
