<p>In the present invention, disclosed is an organic electroluminescent diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic electroluminescent diode display device includes pixel areas defined by a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines, wherein the each of the pixel areas includes a first substrate and a transistor formed on the first substrate; a first electrode connected electrically with a drain of the transistor; an insulation layer formed to expose the first electrode layer on the pixel area; a hole injection layer and a hoe transfer layer formed on the first electrode layer exposed; a red light emitting layer, a green light emitting layer, and a blue light emitting layer on the hole transfer layer on each of a red pixel area, a green pixel area, a first blue pixel area, and a second blue pixel area; an electron transfer layer and an electron injection layer formed on the red light emitting layer, the green light emitting layer, and the blue light emitting layer; a second electrode formed on a second insulation layer and the electron injection layer.</p> |
