Disclosed are a medical apparatus for performing radiotherapy and hyperthermia and a method for curing a lesion of a subject to be tested using the same. The medical apparatus for performing radiotherapy and hyperthermia according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bed on which a subject to be tested is positioned; a driver to drive the bed; a curing device to cure a lesion of a subject to be tested; and an ultrasonic transducer to increase curing efficiency of the lesion. The ultrasonic transducer includes a portion which is operatively and detachably coupled to an infrared curing device. The ultrasonic transducer may be separated from the curing device. A monitoring device for monitoring a state of a cured lesion using the curing device may be included.
