The shoe has one to four wheels that, for walking, are placed horizontally in specific recesses in the sole, and that, for skating, are pivoted about longitudinal axes and blocked in a vertical position by a single latch, and project downwards relative to the sole, thereby transforming the shoe into a roller skate.
