<p>The present invention relates to a Korean language inputting device and a portable terminal using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the Korean language inputting deice and the portable terminal using the same, capable of easily and conveniently inputting double consonants. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for inputting the double consonants through one input process without changing the structure of an existing keyboard.
