Disclosed are a display device and a method for manufacturing the same. The display device includes: a substrate; an encapsulation substrate arranged to face the substrate; a display part which is formed between the substrate and the encapsulation substrate and displays images; and a sealing part which is arranged between the substrate and the encapsulation substrate, bonds the substrate and the encapsulation substrate, and includes a filler including at least Cr, Cu, and Mn, and a glass frit mixed with the filler.
