<p>The present invention relates to a gene amplification system which controls the temperature quickly and precisely when controlling the temperature of a gene sample, and significantly improves the efficiency of heat exchange. The system comprises: a specimen prop in which a gene sample is seated; a thermal heat exchange block contacting the specimen prop; a heat medium supply device providing a heat medium to the heat exchange block; and a control unit applying a temperature control signal to the heat medium supply device, wherein the heat medium supply device comprises: a heat medium circulation line connected to the heat exchange block; a pump installed in the heat medium circulation line circulating the heat medium; a heat medium storage tank installed in the heat medium circulation line storing the heat medium; and a radiator installed in the heat medium circulation line radiating heat of the heat medium to the outside.</p> |
