The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing a raw material. The apparatus includes: a screen that receives the raw material, which is supplied from a raw material supplying device and is dropped on the screen, and is formed to be inclined to transfer the dropped material in one direction; and a stopper which is installed to protrude from an upper surface of the screen toward the upside and stops transfer of the supplied raw material. Therefore, the time during which the raw material stays on the screen, and an area where the raw material is distributed can be increased. Moreover, the stopper in a certain length is installed on the screen in the direction crossed by the direction of the raw material moving. Therefore, the raw material can be uniformly distributed on the screen. Therefore, efficiency of the screen equipment can be increased. Ultimately, efficiency of a blast furnace can be increased. |
