ABS DOOR ABS DOOR MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an ABS door and the ABS door manufactured thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an ABS door and the ABS door manufactured thereby, wherein the manufacturing method is capable of manufacturing the ABS door as follows: forming grooves at regular depths in an ABS sheet; drilling the ABS sheet using a drill in order to easily attach a film sheet to the ABS sheet; and manufacturing the ABS door by attaching an internal core material to the ABS sheet. When attaching the film sheet to the ABS sheet in order to manufacture the ABS door, the manufacturing method is capable of improving the attaching force of the film sheet as follows: drilling the ABS sheet using the drill after performing NC machining on one surface of the ABS sheet; and spreading an adhesive on the surface of the ABS sheet, attaching the film sheet to the surface of the ABS sheet, and vacuum-sucking air between the film sheet and the surface of the ABS sheet from the lower side of the ABS sheet, wherein the film sheet is to be attached to the surface of the ABS sheet. The manufacturing method is capable of manufacturing the ABS door by attaching the ABS sheet with the film sheet to the internal core material using the adhesive. Therefore, the manufacturing method is capable of improving the attaching force of the film sheet attached to the ABS door, preventing the generation of extra bubbles when attaching the film sheet, minimizing the flexure and the distortion of the ABS sheet and the door by attaching the film sheet after not performing thermal deformation on the ABS sheet but performing the NC machining on the ABS sheet, and saving the manufacturing costs of the ABS door.
