The present invention relates to a recyclable material collecting vehicle, and an objective of the present invention is to easily and quickly load and unload a recyclable material by providing dump and lift functions to the recyclable material collecting vehicle. To this end, the present invention includes: a side surface frame (110) installed on a cargo box of a vehicle; an upper cover (120) provided on the side surface frame; a rear surface door (130) provided at a rear part of the cargo box; a hydraulic cylinder (10) to lift the cargo box installed on the vehicle body at a predetermined angle; and a lift device installed at a rear part of the vehicle to lift the recyclable material.
