The present invention provides a magnetic sheet and a noncontact charging system having high charging efficiency. The magnetic sheet includes: a magnetic member which is made of a magnetic material and is in the shape of a plate; and a conductive body layer which is embedded in the magnetic member and shields magnetic fluxes generated in the widthwise direction of the magnetic member.
