摘要 The present invention relates to a composition for food and cosmetics including soybean fermented with a complex strain of Phiajadinii and Aureobasidium pullulans. The fermented soybean according to the present invention has an activity inhibiting the expression of MMP-1, a collagenase, therefore, prevents collagen from being easily decomposed, and increases Procollagen type -1, a precursor for synthesis of collagen, thereby being effective in alleviating wrinkles. The fermented soybean can be usefully used in a composition for alleviating skin wrinkles, and increases the expression of Filaggrin performing a development function of the waterproof outer layer of skin, which enables the fermented soybean to be usefully used in a composition for improving skin moisturizing.
