<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for mixing first fluid with second fluid which includes a rotatable disk plate disposed in the second fluid to communicate with first fluid supply means while making contact with the first fluid supply means and having a plurality of through-holes; and a plurality of blades which is a fixed member extending in a radius direction of the disk plate and spaced apart from the disk plate in a periphery direction while being elastically pressed by a surface of the disk plate having the through-holes to make face contact with disk plate, where the blades are pressed onto the disk plate by a plurality of elastic members or one elastic plate to make contact with disk plate, or the blades have portions, each of which is made of an elastic material, protruding toward a surface of the disk plate or are entirely made of the elastic material, and are supported by an inelastic plate to make contact with the disk plate.</p> |
