<p>The present invention provides a hardening resin composition, wherein brightness and color rendition can be stably maintained because the dispersed states of a fluorescent body in a syringe of a dispense device or in a package substrate in the early stage of production and in the later stage of production are not changed, even when a sealing material in which the fluorescent body is dispersed is filled in the package substrate without using a filler. The hardening resin composition of the present invention includes at least one of a silicon resin, a denatured silicon resin, an epoxy resin, and a denatured epoxy resin in 100 masses by weight of a main material (X) (a refractive index RI_X) including at least one of a silicon resin, a denatured silicon resin, an epoxy resin, and a denatured epoxy resin, wherein more than 0 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight or less of an additive (Y) (a refractive index RI_Y) having a different refractive index from the main material (X) is added and dispersed. A difference in refractive index between the main material (X) and the additive (Y) satisfies¦RI_X-RI_Y¦>=0.0050 while not being hardened.</p> |
