In a tendon anchoring apparatus, an embedded anchoring cone for connecting culverts includes a wedged cone member, and a cylindrical pipe anchored to a concrete culvert which is formed integrally with the culvert, so as to easily connect the culverts and easily embed the anchoring cone to the culvert. The cylindrical pipe is smaller than the diameter of a support portion of the wedged cone member, and is provided with a concave portion or a convex portion on the outer peripheral surface. The cylindrical pipe has a first end connected to the support portion of the wedged cone member, and a second end to which a yarn hose is inserted. The support portion of the wedged cone member has a portion inclined inwardly toward a locking boss. |
