<p>An objective of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a Ni-Ti file for precise endodontic treatment which is capable of minimizing an error of super-elastic modification or concentricity of an Ni-Ti wire when a grinding work is performed. According to a method of manufacturing a Ni-Ti file for precise endodontic treatment of the present invention, a flute of the Ni-Ti wire is ground while an outer surface of the Ni-Ti wire post-processed into a taper shape is supported by a jig in state that a section of the Ni-Ti wire of which the flute is ground is clamped. Specifically, the stress of the wire surface can be removed through electrolytic polishing and heat treatment after grinding the flute and the dental pulp removed by improving the lubricity can be exhausted to an outside of teeth.</p> |
