Disclosed is an interpolation filter based on a time allocation algorithm. The interpolation filter comprises: an enable generating unit to generate enable signals to operate a filter; an input generating unit to generate input values; a first calculating unit to generate a first output value based on a first enable signal and a first input value; a second calculating unit to generate a second output value based on a second enable signal and a second input value; and an output selecting unit to select the first output value or the second output vale as a final output, thereby securing continuity for output data and reducing an entire filter area by sharing hardware using a time allocation algorithm.
