The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of low salt bean paste using medicinal herbs and bean paste using the same. More specifically, the said invention relates to a manufacturing method of a low salt bean paste containing Lycium chinense Mill and the Eucommia ulmoides Oliver dried skin as active ingredients which has high blood pressure effects and bean paste using the same comprising the steps of: soaking selected beans with the extracts of the Eucommia ulmoides Oliver dried skin and Lycium chinense Mill, and mixing and boiling the same; crushing the boiled beans and molding the same into bean paste; fermenting the bean paste in a fermentation room; washing the fermented bean paste and dipping the same in salt water; and taking out the bean paste from the salt water, crushing, and mixing the same with powder of the Eucommia ulmoides Oliver dried skin and Lycium chinense Mill, and aging the same. |
