The present invention relates to a pipe and a pipe system for a composite energy network capable of transmitting electrical energy and thermal energy. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pipe for a composite energy network may include: an outer pipe; at least one heat transmitting inner pipe which is arranged in the outer pipe and allows an electrical wire to be inserted therein; and a filling material which fills in the outer pipe. A power transmission network for electric energy and a pipe network for thermal energy of the prior pipe are independently installed and operated. However, according to the present invention, the power transmission network and the pipe network are integrated into one outer pipe. Therefore, the pipe can be more efficiently installed and can be easily maintained and repaired while the pipe maintains original energy transmission functions of the power transmission network and the pipe network.
