The present invention relates to a device for automatically tuning parameters of an inverter for a motor, comprising: a motor dynamometer to drive a motor in a load state to measure outputted torque; a temperature chamber to adjust a peripheral temperature of the motor; a current adjusting unit to adjust a current supplied to the motor in the load state; a power analyzing unit to analyze efficiency of the motor and an inverter; a parameter extracting unit to extract motor parameters of the time that the analyzed efficiency falls within a predetermined normal range if applicable; and a control unit to control the motor dynamometer, the temperature chamber, and the current adjusting unit to analyze the efficiency, to adjust the peripheral temperature and the current supplied to the motor in a predetermined certain unit, and to tune the inverter for the motor using the parameters extracted when the analyzed efficiency falls within the normal range.
