摘要 Provided are functional lactic acid bacteria derived from kimchi and a fermented drink using the same. The functional lactic acid bacteria derived from kimchi are at least one species selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus sakei C-11, L. sakei M-5, Leuconostoc mesenteroides M-17, L. buchneri BK-1, and P. inopinatus BK-3. The five lactic acid bacteria species isolated and identified according to the present invention have excellent survivability in the intestine and excellent resistance to artificial bile acid. Further, the five lactic acid bacteria species have excellent antibiotic activity and high resistance to Helicobacter pylori urease, and thus can be useful for application to food, such as a fermented drink.
