<p>PURPOSE: The present invention applies the SAM(Self Assembled Monolayer) patterning technique using a printing roll and a manufacturing method of the thin film solar cell forms a front side transparent conductive pattern and in-between transparent conductive pattern. It is automatically disassembled without the separate degradation process. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) including a plurality of unit cell areas(C1, C2, C3) and a plurality of isolation areas dividing the unit cell area is prepared. The first printing plate which the first barrier of the respective multiple coping with prints on a plurality of isolation areas is prepared. The first barrier of the first printing plate is transferred in the top of the substrate. It respectively copes with a plurality of unit cell areas and a plurality of front side transparent conductive patterns(130a, 130b, 130c) is formed. The first light absorption layer(141) and the second light absorption layer are successively laminated on the top of the front side transparent conductive pattern. A plurality of reflective electrodes which especially separates with a plurality of first separation lines a plurality of unit cell areas is formed into the top of the second light absorption layer. A plurality of back contact electrodes which especially separates with the upper furnace of a plurality of reflective electrodes, and a plurality of second break lines a plurality of unit cell areas is formed.</p> |
