The present invention relates to a spiral type heat exchanger and, more specifically, to a heat exchange method for a hot water boiler and a heat pump boiler. According to the present invention, in order to secure hot water for heating of the hot water boiler at a higher temperature through efficient and economic heat exchange, heat transfer pipes in a hot water discharging part of the hot water boiler are provided as a bundle (100) of capillary tubes, and a vacuum tank is provide inside the hot water boiler to induce the flow of hot water into the spirals for heat transfer. |
