The present invention: includes only a main circuit switch part in an insulating housing which is formed by an epoxy insulating material; reduces not only the volume but also the manufacturing costs by a structure of perfectly providing an internal sealing to be used underground; and enables a grounding work for the safety of a line work by a main circuit bushing part with an elbow connecting material. The purpose of the present invention is achieved by the switch and breaker of an epoxy molding insulated type multi-circuit load for both ground use and underground use. The present invention has a single main circuit switch part inside in a state of forming: an electrical box connecting part of being connected with the electrical box of a manipulator in the upper part by an epoxy insulating material; an upper connection bushing part in the lower part; and a main circuit bushing part in the lateral part of the center. The present invention includes: a waterproofing type insulating housing which is shielded from the outside; a voltage detecting device and a current transformer which are insert-bound in both sides around the main circuit switch part; an insulating film which seals and combines the current transformer, the voltage detecting device, and the main circuit switch part by being combined with an end part of the upper electrical box combining part of the insulating housing; and a main circuit conductor which is connected with the voltage detecting device and the main circuit switch part and is in contact with an elbow connecting material by being combined with the main circuit bushing part by an insert molding.
