<p>Provided are a device for preventing load from being transferred to a soundproof panel and a method of replacing the soundproof panel using the same. The soundproof panel includes H-shaped steel columns which are installed on a concrete base at regular intervals and of which centers of front and rear plates are connected to a connection plate; and a plurality of soundproof panels vertically layered between the H-shaped steel columns and filled with a soundproof material therein, of which the front surface is provided with soundproof holes. The device includes a support frame having a width corresponding to the soundproof panel and interposed between the soundproof panels, with the upper support surface abutting against the bottom surface of the upper soundproof panel, and the lower support surface abutting against the top surface of the lower soundproof panel; and a fixing member interposed between the rear surface of the support frame and the rear plate of the H-shaped steel column and fixing the support frame to the H-shaped steel column. The fixing member has a bolt fixing part and a nut fixing part.</p>
