<p>PURPOSE: A consulting service method and an apparatus thereof are provided to consult with each participant by directly producing survey contents from a user and using a response about the survey. CONSTITUTION: A survey contents producing unit (210) produces survey contents by using information which is inputted from a consulting providing user. A statistical position calculating unit (220) calculates a statistical position of response data about the survey contents which are inputted from a consulting request user. The statistical position calculating unit calculates the statistical position of each consulting request user among the whole consulting request users. A consulting service providing unit (230) provides a consulting service to the consulting request user by using the statistical position of the response data. The consulting service providing unit groups the consulting request users according to the statistical position of the response data and produces or recommends a community website which corresponds to each group.
