ACCELEROMETER FOR MEASUREMENT OF IMPACT USING PIEZORESISTOR

Disclosed is an accelerometer to measure impacts using piezoresistors. The accelerometer with piezoresistors includes: an outer support body which is hollow inside in the vertical direction; a stiff body which is fixed inside the outer support body; a mass which is surrounded by the outer support body and is connected to the stiff body; and four piezoresistors which are connected between the outer support body and the mass. When an impact is applied from the outside, the amount of the impact can be measured by measuring the change of the resistance of the piezoresistors due to the movement of the mass.
