The present invention relates to a clamp to close and open an upper opening part of a fruit plastic bag comprising: at least one insertion groove wherein stalks of fruits are inserted; a first clamp member having a connection protrusion protruded in a connection part connected to the insertion groove; and a second clamp member having a hinge part separately connected to the first clamp member, a second insertion groove corresponding to the first insertion groove, and a connection groove formed in a connection part connected to the second insertion groove. In the present invention, the clamp is characterized such that if the first clamp member and the second clamp member are relatively assembled and closed, the protrusion in the first clamp member will be inserted and connected to the connection groove in the second clamp member.
