<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a copolymerized aramid fiber, wherein the manufacturing method of the copolymerized aramid fiber comprises the steps of: dissolving p-phenylenediamine, cyano-p-phenylenediamine and 3,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether as aromatic diamine components in an organic solvent; adding terephthaloyl dichloride to the organic solvent in which the aromatic diamine components are dissolved and making the terephthaloyl dichloride react with the aromatic diamine components to obtain a polymerized solution; and extruding the polymerized solution through a spinneret, followed by coagulating the polymerized solution with a coagulant solution. The present invention allows the polymerized solution to be intactly extruded through the spinneret without using sulfuric acid by using cyano-p-phenylenediamine as an aromatic diamine component. Furthermore, the present invention enhances the flexibility of a molecular chain by using 3,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether as an aromatic diamine component, thereby enhancing spinning ability due to decrease in the pressure applied to the spinneret in a spinning process and also enhancing the elongation and toughness of the manufactured fiber. Therefore, the copolymerized aramid fiber manufactured according to the present invention is useful as a material for a belt or the like.</p> |
