<p>The present invention relates to a vehicle power control system having a gateway function and a method thereof which includes: a vehicle power system (100) controlling a power supply to a vehicle electronic device including an electronic control unit (ECU) and an external device (200), and storing and managing data received from the external device (200); and the external device (200) receiving power from the vehicle power system (100) to apply the data generated by a preset function execution to the vehicle power system (100), wherein the vehicle power system (100) includes a gateway module (110) to connect to a plurality of modules. According to the present invention, the gateway module is included in the vehicle power control system to store the data applied from the external device in an information storage unit of the gateway module, thereby preventing data loss generated by the external device due to abnormal discontinuity in the power supply. The information storage unit of the gateway module integrally manages the data generated from a plurality of external devices, thereby improving a problem in which image data needs to be moved and stored every time the external device is changed.</p> |
