<p>The present invention provides a substrate for CI(G)S solar cells and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the substrate for CI(G)S solar cells comprises a stainless substrate and a phosphate-based insulation layer formed on the stainless substrate. The phosphate-based insulation layer is made up of: 10-40 wt% of aluminum phosphate (AlPO_4); less than or equal to 10 wt% (excluding zero) of aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)_3); less than or equal to 10 wt% (excluding zero) of potassium pyrophosphate (K_4P_2O_7); 1-5 wt% of lithium phosphate (Li_3PO_4); less than or equal to 2 wt% (excluding zero) of colloidal silica; and dihydrogen phosphate (H_2PO_4). According to the present invention, the substrate for CI(G)S solar cells improves heat resistance by utilizing an inorganic material instead of an organic polymer-based coating that is weak in heat resistance, and utilizes a water-soluble solvent and therefore is harmless to the environment and to a human body.</p> |
