KEY-IMMOBILIZING CATCH FOR SWING DOORS

Novelty: there is disclosed a key-immobilizing catch 10 set in a precise inclination position inside the lock of a swing door to prevent rotation or extraction of the key from the lock. Constitution: a pair of oppositely-positioned jaws (1,2) having a gap therebetween 9 for the insertion of the key 10; said catch is extended for being stabilized at a steady point preferentially on the axle 12 of the handle 11 of the door. The key is immobilized inside the gap 9 upon convergence of the jaws after the key’s insertion; key immobilisation is indicatively carried out via the articulated connection of the jaws to the axle 13 and the addition of the spring 14 or via jaws manufactured of flexible plastic material and provided with dents interengaged in the closed position and/or via one or several screws 6 which, traversing a through aperture of one at least jaw, immobilize the key inside the gap 9.
