PROCEDE DE DEGRADATION ALEATOIRE D'UN MAILLAGE D'UNE STRUCTURE EN VUE D'OBTENIR UNE PLURALITE DE MAILLAGES DEGRADES

The method involves performing creation of a fine grid (3) from a digital model (1) of a mechanical structure. A series of target nodes (n3) is identified on the fine grid for each node of a reference grid (2). The series of target nodes is able to be associated with the node of the reference grid according to an association criterion. A random selection of one target node is performed. The series of target nodes of the fine grid is selected for each of the nodes of the reference grid so as to form a degraded grid (4). An independent claim is also included for a method for evaluation of quality of grids.
