The method comprises depositing a filler material (3, 3') on a mounting surface (10, 10') belonging to a first part (1), positioning the first part and a second part (2) so that a corresponding surface (20, 20') of the second part is opposite to the mounting surface, where the filler material extends between the mounting surface and the corresponding surface, induction heating the filler material, and depositing the filler material in an automatic manner. A continuous filler section presenting first and second ends is obtained by cutting a continuous lengthened filler element. The method comprises depositing a filler material (3, 3') on a mounting surface (10, 10') belonging to a first part (1), positioning the first part and a second part (2) so that a corresponding surface (20, 20') of the second part is opposite to the mounting surface, where the filler material extends between the mounting surface and the corresponding surface, induction heating the filler material, and depositing the filler material in an automatic manner. The filler material is deposited on the mounting surface in a shape of section, and a continuous filler section presenting first and second ends is obtained by cutting a continuous lengthened filler element. The continuous lengthened filler element presents a free end forming a first end of the filler material. The filler material depositing step comprises fixing the free end of the continuous lengthened element on the mounting surface, cutting the continuous lengthened element to form a second end of the filler material, confirming the continuous lengthened element according to the mounting surface, and fixing the second end on the mounting surface. The filler material depositing step is preceded by a step of preparation of the filler section, where the preparation step comprises forming a first hook on a first end of the filler section, and forming a second hook on a second end of the filler section. The filler material depositing step includes fixing of the first and second hooks on the first part. The method further comprises forming a reserve opening in the first part, and fixing the first hook in the opening. The preparation step includes making the filler section such that a geometry of the filler section is adapted approximately to cover the mounting surface. The continuous lengthened element is appeared as a continuous yarn or a continuous band. The filler is deposited on the mounting surface using a paste, where the paste is deposited by pulverization. |
