The present invention relates to a method for constructing an under-slab plumbing (a ceiling plumbing), which is constructed in a bathroom, into an on-slab plumbing when remodeling an overage apartment house. In particular, provided is a method for constructing the under-slab plumbing of a bathroom in a remodeled apartment house, which comprises as follows: removing the slab of the bathroom in each household; constructing a bracket on the design position of a bearing wall; integrally forming the bathroom and a pipe duct (PD) using PC; constructing a bathroom floor with a plumbing on the upper side of the PC; and performing a finishing work, an inner wall construction, and a ceiling construction, wherein the bathroom has the bracket fixed to be mounted therein and sanitary wares installed therein, and the PD is used to install a standpipe. |
