According to the present invention, a heat exchanger includes a plurality of horizontally arranged tubes; a pair of vertical headers; and one or more flow distribution baffle mounted on an inlet side header in one tube group among the plurality of tube groups to be placed among the tubes in the group, and having one or more distribution holes passing refrigerant, thereby preventing an unbalance in refrigerant distribution even when the heat exchanger is operated as an evaporator of an outdoor unit.
