The present invention provides a building model having a bottom display unit, which can display dynamic 3D images of a 3D model by expressing a detailed structure of a lighting, a background, a road, a building and a facility at the bottom of the building model in a simulation image. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the building model includes: a model exhibition table placed on an exhibition floor or suspended on a wall of an exhibition space; a display anchor frame mounted on the model exhibition table; at least one bottom image monitor, which is mounted on the display anchor frame; at least one guide acoustic speaker installed in the model exhibition table or spaced apart from model exhibition table at a predetermined distance; a model anchor substrate, which is a transparent plate having a predetermined thickness and adheres to a display window of the bottom image monitor; a plurality of building models positioned within a building region in an image displayed from the bottom image monitor and di insposed on the model anchor substrate; simulation image data which facilities, such as buildings and rods, and tomography are recorded; an image control device which produces guide voice data related to main road status, features of a region, location, parking lot status, civil facility status, accessory facility status, and a building type and outputs the guide voice data through the bottom image monitor and the guide acoustic speaker; and a selective control unit connected to the image control device to selectively reproduce a desired track position of an image file. |
