The present invention relates to a shock absorption and noise prevention structure. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mat structure which can simultaneously absorb shock and prevent noises by inserting a cushioning material including micro-balls and a fluid between an upper elastic member and a lower elastic member. Accordingly, the shock absorption and noise prevention structure according to the present invention includes: a first elastic body which has an internal storage space; the cushioning material mounted in the internal storage space of the first elastic body; and a second elastic body arranged on top of the first elastic body with the cushioning material mounted in the internal storage space.
