<p>Disclosed is a management system integrated with an image forming apparatus, which can store information on the use of the image forming apparatus in a database and processes the stored information variously, enables a user of the image forming apparatus to easily check the usage thereof in desired time units, and can prevent port clogging from a server transmitting the information on the use of the image forming apparatus. The management system integrated with an image forming apparatus includes: an information collecting server which is connected to a plurality of image forming apparatuses to receive and store information on the image forming apparatuses; a mail server which receives the information on the image forming apparatuses from the information collecting server; and a management server which requests the information to the mail server, receives the information therefrom, stores it, and provides a web server for managing the image forming apparatuses.</p> |
