<p>The present invention relates to a method to form a pattern layer and/or ink layer on a surface of a window panel forming the front side of a display device such as a mobile communications terminal by using an imprinting method. According to the present invention, a method to form an imprinted layer of the window panel includes: a step (a) of sequentially laminating the imprinted layer and a release layer on an upper surface of a member film; a step (b) of preheating the window panel at a set temperature; a step (c) of arranging the member film and the window panel; a step (d) of imprinting the imprinted layer of the member film by heating the member film while pressurizing the film to the window panel; a step (e) of forcibly cooling the window panel and the member film; a step (f) of forming the imprinted layer on the window panel by separating the member film from the window panel; and a step (g) of stiffening the imprinted layer formed on the window panel by heating the window panel at the set temperature.</p> |
