<p>The present invention relates to a novel device and method for producing bread, wherein the device comprises: a device body equipped to have a feeding and discharging hole formed in the front center thereof; a kneading tray installed at the bottom of the device body in order to accommodate and provide dough for producing bread; a pair of molding tables which are installed on both sides of the device body in order to be rotated by receiving power from a motor; multiple rotors formed on the inner surfaces of the molding tables in order to be rotated with respect to the rotated molding tables; a stick maintaining tool which is attached to or detached from the rotors in order to be used as a handle when bread is ready, and maintains a stick on which dough can be deposited and maintained while bread is produced; and an oven installed in the rear of the molding tables in order to bake the dough deposited on the stick. The stick which is coupled with the rotated molding tables in order to be rotated with respect to the molding tables passes through the kneading tray so that dough is deposited. A process in which the dough deposited on the stick passes through an oven in order to be baked is repeated, so that bread having a cross-sectional shape like a multilayer growth ring centered around the stick can be obtained. Accordingly, a user can hygienically consume the bread, and bread which is different from existing bread can be provided.</p> |
