Provided are an assay chip of human tissue capable of three-dimensional cell transfer measurement, and a method for measuring cell transfer using the same. According to the present invention, an assay chip for simulating human tissue comprises: a lower housing; an upper housing which can combine with the lower housing, wherein a plurality of fluid inlets on one end and a plurality of fluid outlets on the other end face each other and are separately arranged; a channel block arranged between the lower housing and the upper housing, and forming a multiple microfluid channel in which fluid can move; and a nanofiber mat arranged between the channel block and the upper housing.
