PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve proper schedule management.SOLUTION: A schedule management program causes a computer to execute the following processing: calculating unfinished work man-hour to be required by the due date of at least one task, by use of an average lead time and the shortest lead time to be obtained from a past result corresponding to one or more projects having the one or more tasks; preparing a schedule of the project by use of the shortest lead time; deciding priority of the task by use of the earliest start date and the latest start date of the task in the prepared schedule; and detecting the task to be delayed, on the basis of the tasks in the order of the decided priority and the unfinished work man-hour.
