摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide light wavelength conversion glass (phosphor dispersion glass) capable of obtaining a desired luminous color in a light-emitting apparatus including the light wavelength conversion glass and a light-emitting device, an easy manufacturing method thereof, and the light-emitting apparatus of which the luminous color has been prepared.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the light wavelength conversion glass includes: a first step S1 for preparing wet gel by mixing, heating, stirring and leaving a silane derivative, alcohol, water acid, ammonia water and phosphor powder; a second step S2 for preparing low-density dry gel in which a plurality of pores are held, by implementing dehydration ethanol substitution of the wet gel and then implementing supercritical desiccation thereof; and a third step S3 for preparing the light wavelength conversion glass of which the quantity of phosphors has been adjusted, by calcinating the low-density dry gel at any temperature ranging from 800°C or higher to 1050°C or lower to obtain glass of which the density is 0.39 g/cmor more and 2.00 g/cmor less, and then processing the glass in such a manner that the thickness ranges from 1 mm or more to 3 mm or less.
