PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration device for vehicle interior component that can accurately impart gradations to a pattern on a surface of a resin molding.SOLUTION: A decoration device includes a laser irradiation device and a control device.The control device assumes a virtual decoration surface 5a such that a surface shape of an actual decoration surface 5 is deformed to different curvature in a gradation area R1, and generates drawing data on the virtual decoration surface 5a. The control device generates laser irradiation data based upon the drawing data and controls a laser irradiation device with the laser irradiation data. The laser irradiation device forms gradations by performing laser processing on the decoration surface 5 while shifting the focus of laser light L1 from the actual decoration surface 5 by irradiating the virtual decoration surface 5a with the laser light L1 in an in-focus state.
