PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation behavior prediction system in consideration of evacuation using vehicles, such as an automobile or a bicycle.SOLUTION: An evacuation behavior prediction system executes: evacuee position calculation processing which calculates position information of an evacuee, by time step, toward a target evacuation position set for the evacuee, on the basis of spatial data, person data, and vehicle data; and moving means changing processing which decides a vehicle set in the vehicle data and to be used for the evacuee to move toward the target evacuation position, and moves the evacuee to a parking space for the decided vehicle, as an intermediate target position. |
