<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of high purity sulphuric acid solution.SOLUTION: Provided is the preparation method of high purity sulphuric acid solution for forming high purity sulphuric acid solution of at least 96 wt.% concentration by performing a first preheating step, a second preheating step, a distillation step, and an evaporation step sequentially to mixed solution for removing peroxide, water, oxygen, and insoluble impurities and obtaining a first gas including sulfur trioxide, sulfuric acid and water, and then absorbing the first gas by the sulphuric acid solution.</p> |
