<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support device and an operation support method which can suitably provide an operation support in accordance with a function estimated to be necessary for a vehicle with a little processing load.SOLUTION: An operation support device provides an operator with information supporting various operations required for various equipment in a vehicle 10. The operation support device comprises an attribute information acquisition part for acquiring attribute information specific to the operator, a state information acquisition part for acquiring information about states at different times of the vehicle 10, an estimation part for estimating a function provided for the vehicle 10 corresponding to the states at different times of the vehicle 10, a determination part for determining whether the estimated function is to be provided or not on the basis of the attribute information, and a providing part for providing the operator with the function which is determined to be provided to the operator by the determining part in a recognizable manner with an operation required for the equipment managing the function.</p> |
