<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin detergent composition which can sufficiently remove a waterproof mascara and the like which cannot be easily removed, and which has a cling feeling to the skin after application followed by sustaining the feeling.SOLUTION: A skin detergent composition contains the following components (A), (B), (C), and (D): (A) 0.1-25 mass% of an ethereal oil which is liquid at 25°C, (B) 0.003-1 mass% of a water-soluble polymer comprising an acrylic acid or a methacrylic acid as a constitutional unit, (C) 1-30 mass% of a hydrocarbon oil having a viscosity of 15 mPa s or less at 30°C, and (D) 60-95 mass% of water, wherein the mass ratio of (A) and (C), (A)/((A) +(C)), is 0.05-0.9.</p> |
