<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an inhibitor inγ-glutamylcyclotransferase (hereinafter, referred as GGCT) whose high expression is known in various cancer tissues such as urinary tract carcinoma cancer, and to provide a new substrate of GGCT useful in the field of cancer imaging or the like, and a GGCT activity measurement method using the same.SOLUTION: Provided are a new GGCT color-developed/fluorogenic substrate as a compound represented by formula or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, and a GGCT activity measurement method using the same [X denotes H or COOH; Y denotes NH; Z denotes O, NH, N-Calkyl, S or CH; m denotes 1 to 4; n denotes 0 to 2; and cargo denotes a chromophoric group].</p> |
